Reporting suspicious activity

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account — such as transactions you did not make or sign-in attempts you do not recognise — act immediately.
First, change your password and revoke all active sessions from Settings > Security. This prevents further unauthorised access.
Second, contact our support team through the Help > Contact page. Select "Security" as the category and "High" urgency. Provide details of the suspicious activity.
We take security incidents seriously and will investigate immediately. If fraud is confirmed, we will work with you to secure your account and recover any affected funds.
