What account statuses mean

Your account can have one of several statuses.
Active means the account is fully operational — you can make and receive payments normally.
Frozen means the account has been temporarily restricted. This may happen for security reasons or regulatory compliance. Contact support if your account is frozen unexpectedly.
Closed means the account is permanently deactivated. No transactions can be processed.
Dormant means the account has had no activity for an extended period. You can reactivate it by contacting support.
