Mercati operates 24/7 for account access and viewing. Payment processing times depend on the payment type.

Faster Payments: processed around the clock, typically arriving within two hours.

BACS: processed on business days with a three-day cycle.

CHAPS: same-day settlement on business days (submitted before 14:00).

International payments: one to three business days depending on destination.

Customer support is available Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00, and Saturday 09:00–17:00. For urgent security issues, our fraud team is available 24/7.
