Closing your account

You can request account closure from Settings > Profile, in the Danger Zone section. Before closing your account, ensure:
1. All pending payments have been completed or cancelled. 2. All standing orders have been cancelled. 3. Your account balance is zero — transfer remaining funds to an external account first.
Account closure is permanent and cannot be undone. Your transaction history will be retained for the legally required period (currently six years) for regulatory compliance.
If you have concerns about your account, consider freezing it temporarily instead of closing — contact support for assistance.
